I like yoga stretching more than old-fashioned stretching. I was really just searching for a short yoga stretching video, but yours was very good. I would definitely do it again.

I guess that phys ed in school does work. because I already knew these stretches, just haven't been doing them. I was looking for other stretches but I suppose these are the best beginner ones.

Actually, stretching before a workout is a myth people. Scientific studies have been done about this. Don't take my word for it though, do your own research. The studies concluded that people that stretched before workouts felt the same as people that didn't stretch before workouts. All you need to is movement to get the muscles ready people. Jump up and down and toss your arms around for a few minutes before lifting weights. Once again, do not take my word for it. Google it. :)
