I've paid over 1000$ THIS YEAR alone to the cable company, this is getting fucking ridiculous. I need the internet for work and I pay a "internet access fee", which SHOULD give me access to the internet but without bandwidth (upload/download) there is NO ACCESS. FUCK THE PETITION!!! IT"S TIME TO CUT THE CABLES AND MAKE THE ISPs PAY US BACK...NOW!!! Who installs internet cable into our homes? TAXPAYERS... Who maintains the lines? TAXPAYERS... who pays to upgrade the lines? TAXPAYERS.

To upload HD video is about 500mb for 1 min of video. it's not 2006 any more people are not stealing stuff as much any more. With bandwidth limits you are forced to pay for advertisements. Most of them are Rogers and Bell with there E-peen contests. I have a 100gig limit and still go over. most of it goes on HD Youtube I am just so sick for over paying for EVERYTHING!!!!

Watching this in 240p with Rogers' 35mb internet...... why? cuz of the stupid cap im about to reach...
MOHOJO12 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Shut the fuck up, you moron. Do you even understand what this is? It's not that they're "capping our internet" Internet providers have been doing that for a long, long time. Some IPs offer plans that include highspeed internet with a bandwidth cap. But there are some plans with Unlimited interent caps for slower internet. This will get rid of those COMPLETELY. "People who believe they actually get "unlimited downloads" are morons" NO ONE BELIEVES THAT. WE ALL KNOW IT ALREADY DUMBASS.
avmf8 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Correct but with one problem. the caps are set lower then what you can actually use with the line they give you in a month. This is essentially capping the net a second time over the original cap which had to do with speed of the line.
kenodango (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
It will not. Eating all day while watching movies everyday will not get you fat. Eating improperly and being inactive makes you fat. And before you say anything about what I said being the same as what you said, you need to first understand that 'Using the Internet' != 'Being inactive' and you were FIRST arguing that USING THE INTERNET MADE YOU FAT. Initially, you mentioned nothing about eating and you still got it wrong even after "fixing" your argument.
